U.S. Return Policy
Zronia gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unused, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit within 30 days from the date your order shipped. To start your return, email info@zronia.com with "Return" in the subject line.
Zronia offers exchanges for the same item, if defective, when we are notified of the request within 30 days from the date your order shipped, and that item is still in stock.
Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care by emailing info@zronia.comwithin 3 DAYS of delivery.
